〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕嘴饞、減肥,不少人愛喝即食杯湯或沖泡湯包充飢,小心喝湯如同喝鹽巴!董氏基金會在超商、賣場、網路抽查147項即食湯品,有近四分之一含鈉量實在太超過,光是一人份一小碗200毫升、鈉含量就超過720毫克,約佔每日攝取量上限3成,且一般以為喝起來比較不鹹的紫菜湯、蛋花湯,甚至高過玉米、南瓜濃湯。
