颱風動態╱康芮快步逼近　明起影響台灣 Aug 27th 2013, 05:39 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕又有颱風要來了！輕颱康芮(Kong-rey)行進速度明顯加快，往台灣方向進逼，氣象局已在今(27)日11時30分發布海上颱風警報，預估28日上半天開始，影響全台灣天氣。27日下午受外圍環流影響，北部可能有午後雷陣雨，而到了28日，天氣會更不穩定，全台都將受影響。
