康芮亂班次　台鐵：15天內可全額退費 Aug 30th 2013, 03:41 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕受康芮颱風影響，台鐵昨天班次大亂，有4萬5千人次受影響，台鐵今(30)日說，颱風期間列車停駛或路線中斷時，持未搭乘乘車票，可於15天內(含當日)全額退票。
