食在惡劣！胖達人、山水米出清存貨？　消基會：法律漏洞 Aug 30th 2013, 05:43 〔記者簡怡欣╱台北報導〕接連驚爆パ,ン,達人、山水米食品問題，再次突顯食管制度上的缺失；消基會今(30)日指出，食安管理陷入無政府狀態，業者根本不甩法規，補償方案也根本是在「出清存貨」！消基會呼籲，政府應比照《公平交易法》標準修法，並加強稽查揪出不肖業者嚴罰，以嚇阻民生詐欺事件。
