雨還在下！鋒面+西南風　屏東大豪雨日「灌」280毫米 Aug 31st 2013, 07:43 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕自強號早上才因豪雨釀災撞上土石流出軌，中央氣象局今（31）天下午持續發布豪雨特報，受今年入秋的第一道鋒面南下，加上旺盛西南風影響，各地豪大雨仍不斷，根據雨量觀測統計資料，最近1小時，以台北市內湖降下52.5毫米最多；而今天迄今累積雨量，以屏東縣春日鄉大漢山280毫米居冠，達大豪雨標準。
