颱風動態╱康芮來了　氣象局11:30發布海上颱風警報 Aug 27th 2013, 05:39 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕針對輕度颱風康芮，中央氣象局在今(27)日上午11時30分發布海上颱風警報。根據最新氣象資料顯示，康芮中心目前在鵝鑾鼻東南方海面，向北北西移動，其暴風圈對巴士海峽及台灣東南部海面將構成威脅。
