累犯山水米！糧管法擬修法　最高立即罰300萬元 Aug 29th 2013, 01:44 〔記者簡怡欣╱台北報導〕違規次數已多達19次的山水米已遭罰20萬元，但為加強市售米管理，農糧署表示，將研擬修訂《糧食管理法》，把最高罰款額度提高為300萬元，也不再給予改善期限即逕行開罰，遏止業者投機心理。
