胖達人添加人工香精　郝龍斌批：非常惡劣，這是民生詐欺 Aug 24th 2013, 11:17 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕知名麵包「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」添加人工香精，卻標榜純天然，涉廣告不實遭罰18萬元，今(24)日起暫停營業3天，下週二27日才會重新營業，退費問題，也將在27日一併公布。台北市長郝龍斌今日下午也針對胖達人做出批評，這是一個非常惡劣、欺騙消費者的行為，這是民生詐欺案，將向檢調舉發。
