今日天氣╱輕颱潭美今回轉近台　發陸警機會高 Aug 19th 2013, 02:29 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕中央氣象局今(19)日指出，持續受到低壓帶影響，天氣仍然不穩定，上半天雖然可以見到陽光，但各地都容易出現午後雷陣雨，另外，輕颱潭美今天開始會回轉往台灣接近。
