今日天氣╱潭美颱風逐漸接近　全台有豪大雨 Aug 20th 2013, 02:35 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕相信北部民眾被嘩啦嘩啦的雨聲驚醒。輕度颱風潭美在今(20)日凌晨2時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方850公里之海面上。目前以時速24公里向北北西前進，開始影響台灣。
