颱風動態╱潭美海警發布！氣象局：適逢大潮，嚴防強降雨 Aug 20th 2013, 04:34 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕潭美來了！中央氣象局在今(20)日上午11點30分正式發布海上颱風警報。氣象局提醒，由於21日適逢大潮，台灣各地都要嚴防強降雨發生，陸上颱風警報也預計在晚間發布，提醒民眾要多加注意。
