今日天氣╱輕颱「燕子」減弱為低氣壓　台北高溫36℃ Aug 4th 2013, 02:46 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕相信大家打開窗戶時，多是看到燦爛的陽光。輕度颱風「燕子」已在3日晚間8時，減弱為熱帶性低氣壓，台灣西南部沿海出現長浪，雖風不大，卻有3公尺以上浪高，前往海邊者務必小心安全。
