今日天氣╱熱帶低壓形成　28日影響關鍵 Aug 26th 2013, 03:21 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕又是一周的開始，海上也有個颱風剛成形。菲律賓海面又出現一個熱帶性低氣壓，目前在菲律賓東方海面，以時速15公里的速度向西北移動，有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢。不過近2天，對台灣天氣仍沒有影響，到了8月28日才可看出它是否影響台灣。
