微軟全新Windows8.1　10月帶來更新的市集、IE11 Aug 15th 2013, 05:02 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕微軟推出Windows 8作業系統，搶攻平板與智慧型手機市場，獲得不少擁護者，但發售至今，毀譽參半。即將在10月18日推出Windows 8.1，延續了Windows 8優點，更加入不少獨家APP。Windows 8.1將各項功能的升級，例如Internet Explorer 11、新的個人化模式，全新的APP市集等。
