颱風「潭美」今晨登陸福建福清　最大風力12級 Aug 22nd 2013, 04:56 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕據福建省氣象台消息，2013年第12號颱風「潭美」22日凌晨2點40分在福建福清沿海登陸，登陸時近中心最大風力12級(35公尺╱秒)，中心氣壓958百帕。「潭美」登陸後向偏西方向移動，將繼續給福建中北部沿海地區造成強風暴雨。
