法律學者批警方執法過當　發「便當文」諷刺嗆快來傳我 May 24th 2013, 02:43 〔記者吳毓敏╱綜合報導〕「便當文」事件警方近日以最快的速度偵破，但是便當文才稍稍落幕，本(5)月16日爆出一名女網友「小V」的「麵包文」事件，而刑事局已經在昨(23日)展開調查。對此，法界人士認為，警方以社維法函送便當文3位發文者，無疑是「大砲打小鳥」。
