12年國教上路╱名校握住免試額　教育部強制增額至25％ May 25th 2013, 05:39 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕十二年國教將在103年全面上路，針對爭議已久的「明星高中免試入學比率」，教育部長蔣偉寧昨(24)天表示，「未來各校免試比率將提高到25％，若未遵守就是違法，且將採全部增額錄取、保證零抽籤」。
