高鐵堅持！男趕不上退票30分鐘時限　損失1490元 May 28th 2013, 05:38 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕高鐵、台鐵雙鐵為全台民眾主要搭乘的大眾運輸工具，不過退票規則卻大不相同，就有民眾投訴，「辦理高鐵退票需在發車前30分鐘，1490元的車前就被吃掉了」，消基會直指「高鐵退票機制不合理」。
