毒澱粉效應！食管法今挑燈夜戰　致人於死擬無期徒刑 May 29th 2013, 05:33 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕毒澱粉流竄全台，開鍘罰則卻過輕，惹的民怨沸騰，也讓塑化劑風暴都過2年了、仍躺在立法院的「食品衛生管理法」修正草案終於動起來，立法院今（29）天臨時變改議程，有意快馬加鞭通過修法，衛生署食品藥物管理局長康照洲表示，朝野、行政立法口徑一致，全面性提高罰則，致人於死者，擬修法無期徒刑重罪。
