無辜中招？超商小吃喊冤　衛署：賣「毒」多年不能不知道 May 28th 2013, 03:37 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕毒澱粉鋪天蓋地，中招的超商、名店、小吃店或攤商無一不喊冤，直罵「上游黑心、害死下游」這樣的說法，衛生署並不接受，認為是推托之詞，直斥賣的人難道沒責任？衛生署食品藥物管理局區管中心主任潘志寬今（28）天強調，販賣業者要做源頭管理，不能再說「不知道、不清楚、沒辦法」，6月1日起全面開罰。
