豪雨特報╱台中、南投、嘉義、台南、高雄屏東　防豪大雨 May 20th 2013, 23:47 〔記者莊雨琳╱台北報導〕全台民眾注意！中央氣象局今(21)晨發布豪雨特報，全台灣除金門、連江、花蓮、台東外，均覆蓋在這波豪雨特報的範圍裡頭；而台中、台南、高雄、南投、嘉義、屏東等地，豪雨特報的級數更是來到大豪雨到超大豪雨的規模，提醒這些地區的居民，務必要嚴防豪雨成災。
