健人太腳勤！跑步瘋過頭　男跑到「膝蓋軟骨磨光光」 May 21st 2013, 05:46 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕台灣掀起運動風，不少人瘋馬拉松，跑健康、跑到面紅耳赤不打緊，門診發現，健人太「腳勤」，近來一堆人跑過頭一堆病！一名34歲的男性，半年前開始迷上路跑，每天都要花一個多小時、跑上15公里左右，日前低頭一看，左腳無名指指甲竟變成深黑色；另有50多歲男性，跑到膝蓋軟骨磨光光，得換人工膝關節。
