產前衝刺班！懷孕逾4月　新手媽媽最怕感染致流產、早產 May 24th 2013, 06:40 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕新手媽媽沒經驗，最好先上上「產前衝刺班」！林口長庚醫院婦產科主任鄭博仁今（24）天表示，新手媽媽最容易感染，因為懷孕超過4個月，體內荷爾蒙改變，女性陰道酸鹼值上升，內分泌物增多，容易造成骨盆腔炎，嚴重甚至可能引發流產、早產，提醒要有「幸福孕產三部曲」概念，產道淨護、預防沾黏及疫苗接種。
