今日天氣╱東北季風減弱水氣多　北部東半部短陣雨 Oct 18th 2013, 03:22 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕中央氣象局指出，今天(18日)東北季風會稍微減弱，但水氣反而略為增加，迎風面的北部及東北部會有短暫雨，基隆北海岸、宜蘭、花蓮及新北市靠東側的區域可能下雨時間會稍長一些，台東地區也會有局部短暫雨，天氣比較穩定的地區還是在中南部地區，大致上只有山區午後有局部短暫陣雨，平地都可以維持多雲到晴。
