籲停止動物實驗　Maggie Q、亞歷鮑德溫公開信致陳保基 Oct 28th 2013, 02:59 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕自七月份台灣爆發狂犬病疫情以來，相關單位便緊急動員，加強狂犬病的防治以及疫苗施打的宣導。然而，日前農委會打算用米格魯進行狂犬病的動物實驗，不僅遭到國內外醫學與科學專家及動物保護團體的強烈抗議，知名影星Maggie Q也透過美國責任醫師協會（Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine；PCRM）發表公開信，要求農委會陳保基主委立即停止動物實驗。
