今日天氣╱中颱柯羅莎影響　東半部及北部慎防局部豪大雨 Nov 1st 2013, 03:10 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕豪雨特報！中央氣象局指出，受到颱風外圍雲系影響，今(1)日基隆北海岸、宜蘭、花蓮地區、台北市山區及新北市山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，恆春半島有局部大雨發生的機率，山區請慎防坍方、落石及土石流；低窪地區請慎防淹水。
