〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕花生油沒花生、辣椒油沒辣椒,擔心花錢卻買到混油、黑心油,不少消費者乾脆開始在家自己「煉油」!大統油品風暴,再度重創消費者對食安的信心,急著尋找替代油品,甚至在家自己煉古早味的豬油,或改吃椰子油。不過,營養師提醒,豬油、椰子油雖是穩定性高的油品,但飽和脂肪也高,長期吃將造成心血管負擔。
