別一油到底！台廠誠信破產　專家挑油「小瓶裝、多廠牌」 Oct 18th 2013, 05:23 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕100%橄欖油不純、花生油沒花生，國內食用油大廠大統被踢爆54款食用油，全用劣油、色素、香精調成，單從外觀、標示根本無從辨別。毒物專家林杰樑的遺孀譚敦慈今（18）天痛批台灣廠商「誠信」早破產，建議消費者買油別迷信大品牌、大瓶裝，最好只買1、200cc小瓶裝，不時更換品牌，且烹調不要一油到底。
