今日天氣╱菲特增為中颱　另有一熱低壓恐成颱 Oct 4th 2013, 01:36 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕今天一早台北天空雖未飄雨，但天色不佳，中央氣象局說，今天(4日)持續受到東北季風影響，台灣北部及東北部地區天氣較涼且有短暫雨，東部及東南部地區也有短暫雨，外出請記得攜帶雨具備用；中南部地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖還是多雲到晴穩定的天氣。
