菲特颱風╱陸上颱風警報已發　北部嚴防豪雨 Oct 5th 2013, 07:39 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕氣象局在5日下午2時30分，針對中颱菲特(Fitow)發布陸上颱風警報，而它目前正在台北正東方，基隆北海岸、北部及東北部山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，中部山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，中部以北、東北部、東部地區及南部山區有局部性大雨或豪雨。而氣象局預測，在5日晚間至6日全天，將是颱風影響最劇烈的時候。
