官方手冊助脫罪？　衛福部砲口向法官「解讀偏一邊」 Oct 18th 2013, 05:23 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕塑化劑案「瞎判」？連衛生福利部都「凍袜,著」！新北地院法官引用衛福部的塑化劑衛教手冊，指稱塑化劑經人體代謝後，48到72小時就會排出，對健康沒損害，輕判廠商只需賠120萬，讓衛福部頓成眾矢之的。衛福部今（18）天跳出來喊冤，強調手冊中也寫明，長期大量攝取，會干擾內分泌系統，法官怎就沒看到。
