色素劣油！銅葉綠素蠶便提煉　毒物專家批：大統是詐欺！ Oct 18th 2013, 03:22 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕大統長基食品公司以低價油摻色素「銅葉綠素」，混充橄欖油來販售，賺取暴利，旗下生產的橄欖油、葵花油等54種食用油，通通被踢爆作假。毒物科醫師表示，銅葉綠素雖是合法的食用色素，卻是人工提煉的產物，由植物、蠶排泄物等提煉葉綠素，再添加銅抗菌、穩定，大量曝露恐銅中毒，損傷肝功能異常、致肝硬化。
