今日天氣╱東北季風吹拂溫度驟降　颱風菲特周五起影響　 Oct 3rd 2013, 01:42 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕是不是不想從被窩中爬起來呢？台北街頭今天早上更是下起不小的雨，中央氣象局指出，昨晚起東北季風增強，台灣沿海地區及外島已有較強陣風出現，而且北部及東北部地區也逐漸轉涼，今(3)日清晨板橋和淡水的低溫都已經降到21度以下。其他地方低溫則在21到24度之間，早出晚歸的民眾最好加件薄外套。
