菲特颱風╱就在台北東方！　北部地區防豪大雨 Oct 5th 2013, 03:39 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕寶貴的週休二日遇上颱風，相信讓許多人的心情不美麗。中颱菲特(Fitow)發布海上颱風警報，而菲特在5日上午5時30分偵測到中心氣壓為960百帕，其位置在台北東方約620公里之海面上，以時速18公里向西北西前進。近中心最大風速為每秒38公尺（約每小時137公里），相當於13級風；瞬間之最大陣風為每秒48公尺（約每小時 173 公里），相當於15級風。
