計程折扣又轉彎？全民享9折　高公局：要半年後才能實施 Oct 8th 2013, 03:40 〔記者彭夢竺╱綜合報導〕國道計程預計將在年底上路，優惠折扣又生變？立法院交通委員會上週才決議，為了避免圖利廠商，計程收費上路後，eTag用戶不能打9折，引發民眾反彈，交通部長葉匡時7日承諾，民眾若在3天期限內繳交通行費，無論是否有裝eTag都可享9折。對此，高公局評估，未裝eTag的民眾，必須等到全面上路後半年，才能推動。
