〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕擔心人工香精、添加物,消費者別以為挑「基本款」的吐司,就能放心大口咬下去!《康健雜誌》今(2)天公布針對五大連鎖麵包店,包括幾分甜、山崎麵包、順成蛋糕、聖瑪莉、米哥烘焙坊進行的調查結果,吐司的含鈉量竟超越多數麵包,只要2片就超過一餐的建議量,如果還搭配含鹽的起士、火腿,長期易高血壓。
