鼎泰豐忠孝店佔用大樓　判須拆冷氣、賠大樓住戶2萬5 Oct 4th 2013, 03:35 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕各地名人來台都要吃上一客小籠包，國際知名的餐廳鼎泰豐，因忠孝分店佔用大樓空地，被當地住戶聯合訴訟索賠。最高法院認定鼎泰豐的佔定經營是確有其事，判決須拆除2台冷氣主機，退還佔用的土地，並賠償住戶約2萬5千元。
