24年前存10000元保值　應得110萬卻縮水為42000元 Oct 8th 2013, 05:42 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕1989年，丹江口市民盛忠奎夫妻二人就滿心歡喜辦了這樣一份業務，他們拿出2000元人民幣積蓄存入當地某國有銀行辦理兩張存單，上面寫明24年到期後本息共22萬元人民幣。今年，存單終於到期了，可當盛忠奎夫婦去銀行取錢時，卻被告知存單已失效，22萬元人民幣成了黃粱一夢。
