今日天氣╱東北季風影響　低溫20度、早晚溫差大注意保暖 Oct 21st 2013, 02:43 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕中央氣象局指出，今(21)日天氣受到東北季風影響，在迎風面的北部及東半部地區雲量較多，不過還是有機會從雲間見到陽光，其中基隆北海岸、大台北山區及宜蘭降雨會多一些，但雨勢也不是太大。
