今日天氣╱東北季風增強　北部入夜溫度驟降至20度 Oct 15th 2013, 01:56 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕昨天各地的天氣都相當不錯，降雨也不算太多，僅基隆北海岸及東半部迎風面有一些局部短暫雨，中南部山區午後也有局部短暫陣雨；但今天(15日)由於東北季風增強，早晚溫度會有明顯降幅。
