別摸了！乳房檢查「自摸」無效　1.4萬人罹癌不自知 Oct 3rd 2013, 05:40 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕自摸無效！提早發現乳癌，女性別以為每天洗澡時，乖乖「自摸」，進行乳房自我檢查，沒異狀就可以安心，衛生福利部國民健康署今（3）天強調，國外研究結果證實，乳房自我檢查無法降低乳癌死亡率，反而發現許多偽陽性個案、導致婦女焦慮以及不必要的切片檢查，最好方式是每2年做一次乳房X光攝影檢查。
