塑化劑判賠120萬元　食管新法要胖達人「加倍奉還」 Oct 18th 2013, 05:23 〔記者簡怡欣╱綜合報導〕國內首件食安危機團訟事件結果出爐，法院17日一審宣判37家使用塑化劑廠商賠償120萬元，其中更有業者只需賠償9元。消基會下月將再進行胖達人團訟案，勢要讓不肖業者加倍奉還。
