水淹高雄　滿潮時間低窪地區請慎防 May 18th 2013, 05:49 〔記者甘偉中╱綜合報導〕受到旺盛對流雲系移入南部地區的影響，高雄屏東地區發生豪大雨，高雄市並已出現淹水，水深處甚至將近汽車一半高度，請民眾務必注意行車安全，氣象局並呼籲慎防致災性雨勢。
