未環評先營運！墾丁悠活麗緻違法　環保署開罰 May 3rd 2013, 08:02 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕環評爭議又一樁！環保署指出，墾丁悠活麗緻渡假村沒有實施環境影響評估就先營運，明顯違法，環保署將轉請目的事業的主管機關，命令墾丁悠活麗緻渡假村停止開發行為，並依法裁罰。
