肚凸腹痛！壯男「泡泡腎」小便有泡　水泡長滿腎像串葡萄 May 15th 2013, 03:45 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕小腹微凸、小便有泡泡，當心是腎臟病前兆！一名46歲的吳先生，最近半年來，工作應酬多，小腹也一路「吹汽球」微凸，以為只是啤酒肚不以為意，直到上個月感覺嚴重腰痠，肚子經常絞痛，小便都會有泡泡，這才到醫院就診，超音波檢查發現，2顆腎臟竟腫脹得像2串葡萄，長滿大大小小水泡，罹患多囊性腎病變。
