高鐵事發原由交待不清　消基會批：不是退票就可以 Apr 26th 2013, 03:43 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕高鐵昨(25)日上午因台中站號誌異常，上午6時30分緊急宣佈自停駛，一直到11時30分才恢復通車，導致許多通勤民眾、立委行程大亂。雖然高鐵在下午發出新聞稿道歉，還是被民眾叮的滿頭包。消基會也在今(26)日召開記者會批評，高鐵對於事發原由第一時間交待不清，不光是退票就可以解決事情。
