搶發國難財？H7N9疫苗2廠商　立委質疑：1炒股1強銷疫苗 Apr 24th 2013, 05:40 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕H7N9防疫緊要關頭，竟有人大發「國難財」？台灣自製H7N9疫苗一波多折，先有國光與另一疫苗研發業者基亞互槓，現在又有藍綠立委分別質疑兩家廠商一個藉機炒股、一個強銷疫苗；國民黨立法委員蔡錦隆今（24）天就批評，基亞生技尚未拿到疫苗生產許可證，卻放消息大炒股價，應移送廉政署、調查局調查。
