雲林變電箱跳電　高鐵台中－嘉義單線雙向行駛 Nov 2nd 2013, 07:21 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕台灣高鐵又傳出停駛狀況。雲林縣土庫的變電站在上午11時21分發生跳電狀況，已派員搶修，台中到嘉義暫時只有單線雙向行駛。不少趕時間的旅客急得跳腳，本次跳電估計影響5千名旅客。
