不可逆標靶藥物咬合突變基因　晚期肺癌新曙光 Nov 6th 2013, 07:48 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕據國健局的統計，台灣每年新增超過9000名的肺癌患者。事實上，肺癌在初期肺部出現異狀時通常難以發現，待有症狀出現時，往往已受到癌細胞大面積的侵犯，故患者在確診後多已是晚期肺癌；不過，隨著醫療的進步，晚期肺癌的治療也產生變革，包括使用化學治療或是不可逆標靶藥物等，皆可替患者爭取更多的存活期間。
