霾污染已位列十大致死風險　顆粒物都要關注 Nov 7th 2013, 09:48 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕2013江蘇省第三屆藍天工程國際技術交流會，邀請了來自北京大學的唐孝炎院士，做了一場生態文明專題報告。唐孝炎在演講時提出，生態文明中一個重要的內容是人的文明，而現代人的很多消費習慣對環境的破壞正在加劇，比如頻繁更換手機就是一種非常不環保的生活習慣。
